Letting someone go isn’t easy, but doing it with empathy can change everything. Career transition services are one way that companies can help employees leave with dignity while helping them land on their feet. When an organization knows they need to part ways with an employee, whether due to budget changes or role misalignment, they bring us in to help manage the process with dignity and care.

The biggest key to effective career transition services is that they support both side. The company gets help planning and delivering the exit conversation with clarity and empathy, and the departing employee has someone present in that conversation that will then work with them for up to six months to guide their next steps. Those next steps may be helping them find a new role, exploring retirement, or starting a business.
