How does the interview guarantee work?
Simple. Use the resume we built for you to apply for jobs, and if you don’t land an interview within 10-20 applications we’ll happily work to tailor and tweak your resume until it successfully lands you an interview.
You just need to take a screenshot each time you apply (or another form of documentation) and save a copy of the resume you used. Send us the documentation so we can see what is working and what isn’t when we make our adjustments.

Are there any limits to the refund guarantee?
There are two limits.
- You need to use the resume to apply for the types of roles that we prepared it for. For example, if we work together to prepare a resume for engineering roles, but you use it to apply for sales roles, then we will not guarantee an interview within ten applications.
- We require documentation of 10-20 applications. You can screenshot any online applications and send them to us. This helps us know what’s working and what isn’t when we make adjustments.
When we perform our intake, we verify that we can use your skillset to apply for the role you are looking for.
How can you make sure your resumes will actually work against Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)?
Will you put keywords in my resume where I don't have the skills or expertise?
Some applicants might also put keywords they might not have experience within white text in their resume so that the ATS picks them up. We don’t engage in those activities.
We will maximize keywords that you can legitimately use to represent your skills and expertise.
Why does the number of applications go up depending on the type of role I'm applying for?
