​Tim’s journey with understanding People and HR Strategies began during his tenure as a Disney Cast Member at EPCOT, where he witnessed its transformative impact on incorporating effective leadership strategies had on business outcomes firsthand. It was also here where Tim learned the importance of finding fulfillment in your career. Drawing from this experience, he has since leveraged his experience to cultivate high-achieving teams within corporate settings by employing deliberate Recruiting, HR, and People Strategies.

In 2020, Tim established Best Culture Solutions, a company dedicated to sourcing top talent for organizations through Motivation-Based Interviewing methodologies and helping organizations unlock their full potential using comprehensive people strategy and HR consulting services.

In 2018, Tim was recognized with the Bowie Sustainable Leadership Award presented annually to the individual who most grows the leadership capacity of the 5000-person Pacific Western Transportation organization. He received this in recognition of the impact that the People and HR Strategies he deployed had on the operational effectiveness of his department.

And Tim takes great pride in being a devoted father to three little girls.

She has led portfolios including Employee Services, OHS, Records Management, and Office Administration, and has overseen the digital transformation of HR systems—spanning HRIS, talent management, performance management and wellness.

She has worked in and for clients in multiple industries, including trades, IT, marketing, and more. Rhonda is located near Edmonton and has served companies in Fort McMurray and across North America.

Shirley is an experienced recruiter with exposure to markets across North America. Her unique ability to find strong candidates in industries with scarce labour supply has led to success in various industries, including pharmaceutical, trades, tax accounting, biology, and leadership roles. Shirley is located in Fort McMurray and has experience recruiting in Toronto, Banff, and remotely across North America.
